School enrollment for Joyce, it seems last month was just the awarding ceremony and this month is the enrolment period. It seems DepEd wanted to move the school year back to the original phasing which starts around June or July and ends around March. Oh LTO my driving exam. I have actually failed the first practical driving exam, due to some wrong handling. I would blame it to lack of practise and wearing a wrong shoe. After performing a retake after 7 days, I was able to secure my driver's licence. Its' Jace birthday, can't believe that we have a 12 year old boy that feels like Kinder ~smiley~ , we are happy celebration life with him. After completing the previous soul land book, I moving to the next book which is Soul Land 4 Ultimate Fighting. Basically SL4 is a continuation of SL3 where Tang Wulin and Gu Yuena is also present. SL4 basically focuses more on their son who eventually consolidated the Dragon God, on which both TW and GY wasn't able to attain. Eat all you can Samgyupsal is truely a different experience in the Philippine. Price wise it is only P199 which is like $5 buffet.

2024 St Cyr Enrollment

We were with Joyce during the enrolment and had a quick lunch out...

Quick enrolment, lunch out and groceries. The enrollment process was quite fast since we did it on a weekday so most people would probably do their enrolment on a weekend. It was a quite sudden process, I only knew there was an ongoing scheduled enrolment on the day itself.

Getting my drivers' licence

Excited to drive again on the streets of Manila...

The photo is the Wigo exam car in LTO. If the applicant didn't brought one own's car, then the applicant can only opt to rent and use this Wigo test vehicle. The process is quite tedious. I hope all centers are like this hopefully in a few years there will be better drivers in the road.

Jace Birthday

There is a minecraft sale! Unfortunately I was tempted and bought the sale version for Nintendo Switch. At long last after 6 months of intermittent weekend driving I have completed my driving lessons in SMART driving center. It is summer time! and because it is summer it is also time for us to go and relax and dip in the pool (on the mountain). Manila is experiencing severe heat waves this summer season. I have completed series "The Legend of the Dragon King" after years of pushing it back. It has been 3 years since mama left us. It is the year end of school year and Joyce is getting some awards.

Started it way back when it was still a Java based Minecraft game, since then it has been ported to windows and mobile platforms. It is a game that allows you to explore the unknown and the idea of no exact flow makes it more enticing.

Completed Driving Lessons

After 6 months of intermittent lesson, finally...

Driving is fun and also scary. The next goal is to get my drivers' license again. I used to drive abit 12 years ago and had by stopped since then. My license have expired and thus the driving lessons and acquiring it again.

The book itself have some forgivable flaws but overall reading it is entertaining enough that the characters are lovable and fun to see grow. I have listen to an audio book as well as readThe Legend of the Dragon King - Douluo Dalu 3 the manhua.

Delta is an iphone gba, snes basically a nintendo emulator in iphone. Started to listen to this unknown light novel. Unfortunatelyt the one who made this youtube video didn't place the dam* title

The film was ok, effects was good to see and sound was fine. Nevermind the story and plot but who cares, who watch such complex movies in the cinema nowadays. Well written stories would be either in Netflix or Youtube summaries.

Doctors truly are a noble profession, in my life time it saved my Dad (galbladder surgery), Mom multiple times, Brother(Accident) / Sister(Pregnancy), Daughter (Eye operation), Son (Heart and internal organ) and Wife. Writing this it make me more motivated to really take care of my body and really reduce my weight.

Series of interviews in the Philippines job hunting market. Gotten a few interview but very few offers. The offers given to me it was really on the low side. It was my niece first birthday, aside from Joyce she is the only Abano in the family. Re-lived playing path of exile again, honestly it was quite addictive for the past 1 week. It has this element of progress and enticement, honestly the game play is good that if I haven't uninstalled it I might have still be wasting my time playing. Netflix have this new series 3 body problem, I remember this show because Wang Gan recommended this one to me. It was interesting and fun to watch. I haven't watched or read the Chinese version but based from the reviews the story seems to be abit rushed. Ohh Construct 3.. Ohh Construct 3, I should spend more time using this too to build my projects.

Path of Exile

Great and addictive game...

Alot of changes, improvement and enhancement has been added in path of exile. The base story line is still there but they have added additional acts and bosess. I played it again but wasn't able to proceed that far. In the end I needed to uninstall the game because it really does take alot of my productive time.

3 Body Problem: Netflix

Another novel converted series worth watching...

The Tencent version (wiki 3 body problem) which was like around 30 episode was compressed to 9 episode by Netflix. This was my first time watching the series, and I would say that it was quite interesting and the fast paced story was acceptable.

Construct 3

Code, code, code until I'm not...

I have explored construct 3 for a while and wanted to create something but due to my scheduled excuses I'm out of luck. I would really need to plan my schedule and buffer things out.

Month of loves and hearts, just a simple celebration with my wife. Joyce needs to have her skin checked with the dermatologist. A series of balikbayan boxes sent back to the philippines and apartment. Joyce second st. Cyr foundation day celebration, it wasn't as exciting as last year but overall it was a worth while experience.
