Joyce just turn 10 and is already at grade 5, time flys fast for both of my kids. The contract of my existing tenants have expired this month. We did a quick fixtures / renovation of the units, bought appliance, looked for renters and handled the transfer of the new tenants. Visited to doctors this month, one in Makati Medical Center and the other in the Philippine Orthopedic. We have also seen a Philippine icon Jose Marie Chan. I have spents sometime in watching the new anime Parry Everything and Wistoria Wand Sword.

Rental business for our two units...
Treated my two new tenants in a coffee shop, hopefully they pay on time and rent the place for a longer time ^_^. It was a quick renovation process and purchasing of appliance.

Fun comedic innocence...
The story revolves on a kid who wasn't able to become an adventurer when he was young due to lack of talent. Nevertheless he strive to train all his low level skills to an insane degree. When I was watching the series he is the Super Novice type of character. The plot is fun to watch specially how stupid like the MC is.

This is an interesting plot of an anime, basically at this moment I just watched around 3 episodes. You'll know that one is a good anime if you are already entagled to the characters and storyline with just a few initial episodes.
