The year is ending soon and another year far from my family. This December I have started my driving lesson, it might actually take a while before I can complete all the session due to my schedule. Christmas is also around the corner, I am happy that I will be celebrating it this year with my family. I have started watching My Demon and also decided to make a simple youtube channel called Kdrama Pajama. The youtube channel basically focuses on popular Kdrama shows.
Driving lessons
Started some basic driving lessons again after 15 years...
I had a car and tried driving last time but ended up in Singapore for work. Owning a car and driving is expensive in Sg aswell as the transporation system is so good you would not really need one. So since I am planning to go back to the Philippines permanently soon, this Christmas break I have re-applied for a student permit and started my driving lessons. Yeah!

Basic Psthal changes and minor updates...
I am working to just do a simple revamp with this simple static generation that im currently using. It is just to kick-off some of my personal coding stuff. I just wanted to do it just of out familiarity and I feel relaxed doing it piece by piece. It is like doing a 16x16 rubiks cube that have a slow progress.
Christmas 2023
Christmas celeberations this year...
It is the time of the year to be thankful that everyone is together. We used to celebrate christmas within our family of 4 but this year we will be celebrating it with my in-laws place. I am really thankful that my in=laws are taking good care of my wife and kids while we are in the transition of fully moving back to the Philippines.
Rental Business
Planning to buy a few units for passive income...
Investing a property and renting itfor our case will be quite slow but it require less a attention and you just need to know the running rental rate, market and your acquisition cost. The main effort most like will be finding a renter. In terms of returns at least it should be higher than the current inflation rate. Let say if you will be buying a property for 1m and renting it out for 5k, so it is like putting your money in a bank account with 6% interest rate.
Going into Businesses
Planning and taking the risk...
At my current age I would like take the venture and risk of starting a small business. Reading about business and watching a few video's is really different in actually trying them out. Likewise the following links are good reads 15 tips before leaving your job to start a business.
Being an employed individual doesn't have the usual risk of doing business, at the same time one also doesn't have its possible opportunities. We always see success stories but it is also a good read to learn lesson from people who quit their full time jobs. We try to both manage our learning and our own skills.
