Coding priorities and targets. Keep up on the schedule and ensure a buffer. Meet the deadline before the buffer date. Relax on the buffer date.

My rating aint bad, actually it is above average. I was just targeting to get a higher rating this year since I delivered more. A bit disappointed but it looks fine, the bonus hopefully be ok given the current pandemic. End of the day we work to get an acceptable set of salary based on the amount of responsibility and work load we do.
