Start of the new year and things starts differently for our family too. Joyce starts schooling, work pattern and house chores will be shuffled to accomodate Joyce schooling. Jace is turning five and Joyce turning three, during this period they really become naughty.
Family: Joyce First Day of School
One of the things we celebrate this year is the first day of school for Joyce'. It adds additional stuff to our workload but every change and development is a reason for celebration.

Currently I have been reading a lot of chinese light novels, and Wuxiaworld is one of my favorite novel resource. It currently have around 7 completed translated titles and around 20 active titles that are still currently being translated.
Work: Migration
I seldom talk about my work since it is confidential, normally I discuss items in broader terms. This year I anticipate that most of our projects will involve migration, both for the application end as well as the backend. Migration process relies heavily on good initial analysis, estimate and product awareness. Experience is a great factor in any migration process, although I have been part of a couple of migration process, slight variation in configuraton and products might incur unexpected impacts. Nevertheless having something to work on is better than none.

Planing to launch an application that provides free software management tool for schools in the Philippines.
