A week before chinese new year means items sale, people throwing good quality used stuff below HDB, festive food and team celebration lunch. I have been using this pixel art software for quite sometime, desipite being in beta the features that this software provides is better than most of the apps that I have used. Our president got a visit from Japan prime minister Shinzo Abe. Year goals for pinoypixel is something I look forward to and I need to diligently work into. After staying for Singapore for the past 6 years, Chinese New Year celebration has been a part of my annual festive routine. A country dominated by Chinese race, Singapore Chinese New Year is one of the major festive events.
Software: Piskel-0.8.0
Piskel is one of my favorite pixel art drawing application. Most if not all of my assets from Pinoypixel blog are generated from piskelapp. This version 0.8 has most of the key features to generate a decent animated pixel art for games. They are opensource and have both online and offline support you can download the files in this offline download link.
Politics: Duterte and Abe
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe visited Friday morning the house of President Rodrigo Duterte in Davao City, read Inquirer for details. Given the unsettling times in the asia pacific due to the deterrence placed by China in the south china sea disputes. Its good to know that our current president is still in good terms with US allies.
