Zapier - First Impression

Tuesday of August 26, 2014

Zapier is basically an application that makes interfacing through various apps in the cloud a breeze. Basically it simplifies integration process through it's helpful user interface. Anyone who have used the system would agree that it really is an awesome idea to create such interfacing app. Zapier is helpful for SME organizations and freelancers who supports various services. Zapier also centralizes your interface controllers, which in turn can be a double edge feature depending on how well Zapier meets to its uptime service.

As of this writing I can see that Zapier was able to create an API interface for around 30+ cloud applications. It also offers five free zap's (interface) for users to try their services. Currently I hope Zapier can gain the right customers that will help them launch or improve their service, thus sustaining themselves in the market. I think Zapier's pricing are a little bit steep for freelancers with the lowest plan of 15 USD a month. In my opinion if they can create a more dynamic pricing by selling Zaps in small amounts, it can be a popular option for small startup freelancer.
